STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. Any deviation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing by STARSHIELD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.

1. Payment Terms

All orders shall be processed only against advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of delayed or partial payment, STARSHIELD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to:

  • Charge interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the outstanding amount.
  • Suspend or terminate services without prior notice.

If payment remains outstanding beyond 60 days, the company reserves the right to initiate recovery proceedings through a debt collection agency. All legal and recovery-related expenses shall be borne by the client.

2. Taxes & Statutory Deductions

Taxes will be charged extra as applicable.

In case of any withholding tax as per local laws, the client shall bear and deposit such taxes with the relevant authorities. The full invoice amount remains payable to STARSHIELD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD without deductions.

3. Scope of Services

STARSHIELD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD undertakes to provide services to the best of its ability within agreed timelines. However:

  • The obligation is of best effort, not guaranteed results.
  • The company shall not be held liable as a third party in any claims made by end consumers against the client.

4. Claims & Liability

Any claims regarding goods or services must be communicated in writing within 8 days of delivery or service completion via registered communication.

Failure to do so will render the claim inadmissible.

5. Site Requirements & Responsibilities

The client (Host Company) shall ensure the following:

  • Provision of electricity, water, and safe storage space for machinery.
  • Arrangement of Boom lifts / lifters / cranes as required.

6. Additional Charges

  • Boarding, lodging, and logistics will be charged separately as applicable.
  • All calculations and billing will be done on an actual basis.

7. Warranty

On-site warranty will be provided by STARSHIELD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD as per agreed terms.

8. Governing Law

All contractual relationships shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
